Rates & Services:

General Notarizations - $25 - $65 total fee covers most non-home loan assignments for travel to your location and notarizations.  Identification and/or any witness requirements for the notarization appointment will be given to you via phone at the time you setup the appointment.

Loan Document Signings - Refi, HELOC, Reverse, Timeshare, Pleasure Travel Vehicles, Medical Affidavits, etc.

Fees will be quoted at the time assignment is offered.  The quoted fee will include all seals, travel, and presentation of documents.  There is an additional fee for documents received via fax or email.

Acceptable Forms of Payment - Payment must be cash, check, cashier's check, Paypal or money order in US funds.  Payee should be listed as Dorothy Roberts. 

Cancellations - If we keep the appointment but the signing is not complete (proper identification not available, cancellation of loan, etc.), full fee must still be paid.

We are eDocs Capable. We also have high speed internet so that there are zero delays, and all forms will be printed on a Laser Printer (PCL6) to insure the best print quality possible.
